Don provides internet and technology marketing expertise to The Poulton Consulting Group SEO/M practice group.

He has been responsible for the development and management of a wide variety of highly successful corporate marketing communications programs that include web-based initiatives, print-based promotional and sales collateral materials, newsletters and corporate magazines, as well as Public Relations activities.

Don has also provided technology-trend research and analysis for U.S. Government clients, authored in-depth market research studies, and has been responsible for the management of team research programs - and briefing senior-ranking civil and military officials. On February 28, 2002 he testified before the Maryland House Economic Matters Committee, concerning a proposed internet spamming practices bill.

Don holds a B.A. degree and is a graduate of the Central Intelligence Agency's intensive year-long Intelligence Officer training program. At the CIA he held the position of Intelligence Reports Officer managing information collection programs related to global technology trends, markets and policies.
