Rick is the Founder and President of The Poulton Consulting Group. His change management consulting experience is grounded in senior line management positions with both private and public North American corporations. He has a comprehensive understanding of both business operations and transformation activities.
Educated as an engineer, Rick gained considerable experience in Continuous Improvement, Business Process Re-engineering and other related business transformation experience throughout his 25 years of leading change in Marketing & Sales, Operations, Information Technology and General Management positions. During this time he successfully led the turnaround of two businesses.
It is both this past experience and his keen interest in helping businesses successfully make operational improvements that led him to focus the PCG consulting practice on services that can deliver significant, measurable, operational improvements to PCG clients.
